Does the bot make up answers? +
No. It only answers from the articles you publish, and has to quote the words it relied on - you can see them under each answer. When your articles don't cover a question, it says so and passes the question to your team.
Do I need a help desk to use it? +

What happens when no one is online? +
The bot only offers a person while someone from your team has the portal open. Otherwise it takes a message with the visitor's contact details, and you get it on the Enquiries page and by email.
How do I add it to my website? +
Copy the one-line snippet from your Chat home page and paste it before the closing </body> tag, then list your site under Allowed sites. The checklist turns "Installed ✓" once the widget has loaded there.
Can someone copy my widget onto their site? +
No. The widget only loads on the sites you list, and you can issue a new key at any time to cut off an old one.
